Barbados has recorded yet another fatal shooting, the second in two days.
The latest incident occurred in St. Lucy just before 7pm on Friday night.
A statement from the Police Service says officers in the northern Division have started an unnatural death investigation which resulted from a shooting incident that was reported to the Operations Control Room about 6:51 pm on Friday 27th January.
The incident occurred at Rock Hall, St. Lucy.
The statement adds that the victim was pronounced dead at the scene after ambulance personnel visited and found no sign of life.
