What Is Reach And Frequency?

An advertising term that calculates how many people you will touch with your
commercial is Reach. How often they will hear your message is Frequency.
Research shows if you reach two-thirds of a radio station audience at least
3 times each and your ad will break through and be heard. Contact us and
we will work with you in achieving an exceptional reach and frequency.

What Are Your Payment Terms/Credit Policies?

We accept cash, cheques and payment through wire transfers/bank transfers.
We can extend payment terms with an approved credit, but you will be required
to be consistently advertising for six months with a good payment history to
qualify for a credit arrangement.

Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

Signing off on your approval to run the advertising is standard procedure. It
provides written permission and consent for us to promote your business. While
a formal contract is not necessary in all cases, you must sign the booking order
(the form that contains your advertising schedule and payment) or send an
email approving the advertising.

I Tried Radio Once And It Did Not Work For Me, Why Would It Work This Time?

It really depends on the strategy that was employed. An analysis of what was
done on the last occasion as well as a process that looks at what areas can be improved would need to be done. You can contact your sales executive to discuss a more targeted approach. If your sales executive is no longer working
with the company, feel free to contact us and we will have one assigned to you.

How Will I Know That My Campaign Is Working?

At Starcom Network, we love to assist our advertisers in tracking the success of
their campaigns. Our sales executives will work with you to develop a campaign
that can yield the best possible results. If changes or tweaks are required, we
will identify and seek to implement. However, increased phone calls, traffic to
your store or views on your social media platforms are all indicators that your
radio campaign is having an impact.

What Is Drive Time?

Morning Drive is 6am to 10am. Evening drive is 3pm to 7pm. The other
primary radio day parts are midday, 10am to 3pm and 7pm to midnight.
While morning drive and evening drive give you the most cost effective
rates, once the budget is available, advertising in the other day parts is
recommended even if it is on a smaller scale.

Should I Advertise During The Nights And Weekends?

It is not cost effective to only advertise your commercials in the day parts.
Advertising at night and weekends is a great way to stretch a small budget.
Think of the hundreds of listeners who can be influenced in those time periods.
Imagine the rotation of cars on the road during these times. The amount of
advertising is also less, so your commercial will get even greater notice
than usual.
