Police have made a breakthrough into one of the island’s latest murders.

They arrested and charged  Romell Cummins, 27, Vauxhall #2 Christ Church in the killing of Dave Archer.

Cummins, is scheduled to appear at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Archer was shot and killed last week Monday around 10:35 p.m. on board the M.V Dream Chaser.
