Murder accused remanded

A St. Michael man has been charged with a shooting spree that includes a murder in St. Lucy and a gun attack on KFC workers in St. George.

Police Public Relations Officer, acting Inspector Ryan Brathwaite, says that the Criminal Investigations Department (Southern Division), the Serious Organized Crime and the Major Crime Units have arrested and formally charged 29-year-old Rakeem Alleyne of the Pine, St. Michael.

Alleyne’s charges include an alleged January 6th gun attack on KFC workers who were on their way home after work, and a murder three days after that incident.
