Suspects are being sought after police intercepted an attempted drug landing off Barbados’ west coast last night.

Starcom Network News understands that a boat was intercepted off Barbados by the police marine unit and drug squad.

A chase ensued which ended when the boat landed at the Beach at Weston, St. James where shots were fired.

A number of suspects are being sought.

Following the operation, a video rapidly made the rounds on social media showing a large number of police vehicles arriving on the scene.
