Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is concerned about the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases in the country and says the government is prepared to cap the prices of pharmaceuticals to ensure they are accessible to all Barbadians.
She was speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 24-hour urgent Care Centre, and medical facility at Bayview Hospital.
