The Former Town and Country Planning Building is under a 1.1 million Barbados-dollar renovation project.

Senior Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister and minister responsible for planning and development, Dr.WilliamDuguid, told media at a briefing this morning at the Garrison that he is pleased to be able to get the building back to productive use.

He gave an update on the renovation of the now Planning and Development Department which will be completed in six months.

He explained some of the challenges staff of planning and development have faced with their temporary location at the Warrens Office Complex.
