US concern over security foul up at Grantley Adams

The Barbados Police Service has launched an investigation and security personnel at the Grantley Adams International Airport are to be retrained over a major screening foul-up at the airport here.

US authorities remain very concerned that a Barbadian man was able to board a flight in Barbados with a loaded gun and travel with it to Miami.

The man, Cameron Hinds, was arrested at a Florida airport.
