Joint Coordinator of the National Vaccination Programme, Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand says Barbadians who are fully vaccinated can receive a mixed vaccine as their booster dose or third dose.
Dr. Ferdinand tells Starcom Network News research shows that people who receive the mix booster vaccine have a greater immune response.
Dr. Ferdinand also reports that the roll out of the covid-19 vaccines by private doctors is going smoothly.
