Barbados’ hosting of the 15th session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) will be done virtually.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley today provided an update on the conference which takes place October 3rd -8th 2021. It was originally scheduled to be hosted here last year but delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ms. Mottley says that the conference is critical to making world leaders aware of the global issues facing developing nations.
