Over 400 Barbados frontline workers began receiving their covid-19 vaccines today.
They included public health nurses, police officers and others deemed essential or frontline workers targeted for the rollout of the vaccine here.
They were asked to turn up at polyclinics within their respective jurisdictions to receive the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine which arrived on island Tuesday evening.
