Barbadians who were on the frontline in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic during the early months are to receive a one-off cash reward from Government.

Prime Minister, Mia Amor Mottley said in Parliament that it represents tangible recognition for hundreds of frontline workers who will also receive a Medal of Honour under the Barbados Humanitarian Service Award Bill.
