Commercial flights in and out of Barbados to resume next month

Barbados is expected to see the return of some commercial airline flights from as early as next month.

This was revealed by Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association Senator Rudy Grant, during his CEO’s report at the BHTA annual general meeting.

He notes that the timeline is still tentative due to the uncertainties of the COVID 19 pandemic.

However, he stresses that the island can only reopen for tourism with strict protocols in place.
