DJ, Insurance Advisor and Aspiring Politician, Alvin “Soca Superman” Toppin Dies

Alvin “Soca Superman” Toppin, 52, has died after a week at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Starcom Network News confirmed his passing this morning.

Starcom Network Inc. General Manager, Anthony Greene said Toppin was a hard worker who will be greatly missed.

Opposition Leader Ralph Thorne told Starcom Network News that Toppin showed great commitment.
