The Chairman of the Hotel and Tourism Association expresses concern about gun crime and calls for a gun amnesty.

Chairman of The Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association (BHTA) Stephen Austin is calling for a gun amnesty in Barbados, as part of efforts to tackle gun crime.

He warns that gun violence along with the harassment of tourists could damage the tourism sector.

Mr Austin was addressing today the 4th Quarterly Meeting of the BHTA..
