Barbados’ most wanted fugitive has been shot dead. The man, Kiastan Clarke alias “Notchy” had been wanted by police in connection with the murder of Acting Station Sergeant Newton Lewis. Clarke was reportedly shot dead this afternoon by police at Gills Road, Greenfield, the City.
Freak Storm
