The Barbados Cadet Corps has a new Commandant taking the reins over from Commander David Dowridge.
He is Lieutenant Commander, Carl Farley and in his opening address to the marching troops, he expressed a deep concern for the young men in Barbados.
As a solution to issues of deviance among youth, the new Head of the Cadets Corp has appealed to community groups, schools, parents and Government officials to support the organization.
