Police Called to Licensing Authority After Irate Customer Removed from Compound

One man was taken into custody this afternoon after The Barbados Police Service (BPS) was called to the Barbados Licensing Authority (BLA).

Starcom Network News understands that a customer who was awaiting a driving test became irate and reportedly made threatening remarks. Police were summoned to the scene, and the individual was taken away for questioning.

Management of the BLA met with the affected staff following the incident, and operations at that section later resumed.
