Revenue Commissioner, Louisa Lewis-Ward, was speaking on VOB’s down to Brasstacks call-in program after some people complained about not receiving their payments -including this caller.

The Revenue Commissioner joined the program pointing out that a large number of payments are involved and that some have to be issued as cheques via the postal service.

She sought to explain how delays how might occur, including incorrect banking details being submitted or outdated postal addresses being still on file.
