A businessman has been killed after plunging off a ridge while operating a drive mower.
Starcom Network News understands the incident happened at Palmers Plantation in St. Philip.
The man was said to be debushing an area using a drive mower when according to reports he and the vehicle plunged over the edge of a ridge and into a ravine landing about 25 to 30 feet down.
He suffered critical injuries to his face, back and internal organs but initially survived the fall and was transported to hospital by ambulance where he died.
