CIBC First Caribbean International Bank has announced it is rebranding to CIBC.

This was announced by Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Mark St. Hill who said the rebrand is to be completed during the bank’s new financial year.

Meantime, the bank also announced it will sell its banking assets in Curacao and St. Maarten. CIBC First Caribbean has agreed to sell its assets to the Curacao-based Orco bank
