Attorney General Dale Marshall says Grand Kadooment was largely incident-free despite being marred by a shooting and the Crop Over Festival overall was a general success.
He was speaking to Starcom Network News following yesterday’s climax of the Crop Over festival.
He noted, however, the incident just after 6pm when four people were injured in a shooting at Black Rock, St. Michael.
Mr. Marshall believes the festival overall went well.
