A woman was shot in the leg when two men opened fire at Silver Hill Christ Church Monday afternoon.
The police say that at about 230 pm two men arrived in a car at Green Hill Close and opened fire on six people who were liming on a block.
A 24-year-old woman was shot in the right calf and was taken to hospital in a private motor car.
Linda Sealy, a neighbour of the injured woman gave an account of the incident.
She believes the problem requires a community solution.
