Declaring it’s a matter of public safety Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Santia Bradshaw, has tabled in parliament a bill to strengthen the power of the Transport Authority to crackdown on public service vehicle operators.

Introducing the Transport Authority amendment bill Miss Bradshaw spoke of receiving several complaints about PSVs from both locals and tourists.

She says the recklessness of some in the sector has become a nuisance and a threat to safety that has to be dealt with..

She explained the increased powers of the transport authority.
