The ruling Barbados Labour Party is reportedly on the verge of nominating a new candidate for the City of Bridgetown constituency and the person could be confirmed as early as this coming Sunday.
Just over two weeks after Health Minister Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic informed constituents he won’t be running again the word in political circles is that social worker and talk show host Corey Lane is tipped to be his replacement on the BLP ticket.

Mr. Lane who has won a major regional award for his charity work with the Nature Fun Ranch, is currently Special Advisor to the Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and the Sustainable Development Goals.
