UPDATE: Police Officer Shot Dead Identified

The driver of the Police Commissioner was shot and killed tonight.

The circumstances of the shooting are still sketchy but reports indicate the officer was shot in a confrontation with several armed men.

There has been an extremely heavy police response to Rose Hill and surrounding areas.
