Opposition leader and member of parliament for St. Michael West, Bishop Joseph Atherly, says he’s seeking assistance for 16 people displaced when three homes were damaged or destroyed in a fire at President Kennedy Drive, St. Michael yesterday.

But he also complains of lack of cooperation from some government departments.
