The Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Associations, (CTUSAB) is accusing government of failing to consult key stakeholders on major issues through the Social Partnership.
CTUSAB General Secretary, Denis Dennis de Peiza points to issues such as the proposed increase in the national minimum wage and changes to the contracts of senior public officers.
