Two more passengers who arrived on an Air Canada flight into Barbados last Sunday have tested positive for COVID-19, after undergoing a second test.
They are the mother and brother of the 10-year-old, who was diagnosed on arrival at the Grantley Adams International Airport. They are all in isolation at Harrison Point, St. Lucy.
The 38-year-old woman and 14-year-old boy, who were in quarantine since testing negative a week ago, were among passengers retested.
Barbados now has on record 108 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and of these, 94 have recovered and seven have died. Seven people are in isolation.
