More than two hundred employees of Republic Bank in Barbados are off the job.
This morning instead of showing up for work, the staff of the bank gathered at the Barbados Workers Union headquarters at Solidarity House in protest over the state of pay talks and a job evaluation.
The BWU’s Deputy General Secretary, Dwayne Paul brief the media on the industrial action.
Mr. Paul says that was the final straw.
