Three men jointly charged for the 26th October murder of Jamar Omar Haynes have been remanded.
Jandolph St. Clair, 27 years of #6 Hilton Row, Princess Royal Ave, St. Michael. Keleb Ricardo Hinkson, 28 years of Lower Brighton, St. George. Shmar Shbarry Hinkson, 28 years of Lower Brighton, St. George and #46 York Terrace, Pinelands, St. Michael all faced the charge that on the 26th October 2019 murdered Jamar Omar Haynes.
Keleb Ricardo Hinkson was also charged that he on the 16th November 2019 had in his possession a controlled drug to wit: cannabis.
and on the 17th November 2019 had in his possession a controlled drug to wit: cannabis, that he trafficked in a controlled drug to wit: Cannabis, had in his possession with intent to supply a controlled drug to wit: Cannabis and cultivating a controlled drug to wit: Cannabis
Jandolph St. Clair was also charged that he on the 17th November 2019 did have in his possession four counterfeit Bank Notes (U.S. currency)
They appeared at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on today before Magistrate Kim Butcher where they were not required to plead to the indictable offence of Murder. They were remanded into custody to Her Majesty’s Prisons Dodds, St. Philip and are scheduled to reappear at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, December 19th 2019.
