Police are conducting investigations into a shooting incident which occurred about 9:00 pm on Wednesday, July 31st, 2019 at Darrells Road, St. Michael where it was reported that Charles Perch 54 years of Montrose Gardens Christ Church an employee of Fair Deals Mini Mart had received gunshot injuries to his left arm and left leg after he was shot by an unknown man whilst outside the Fair Deals Mini Mart.
The victim was outside the Fair Deals Mini Mart when he was approached by an unknown masked man who demanded money from him. A struggle ensued and the victim was shot by the man. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private transport.
The suspect is of brown complexion and was wearing a green shirt, spoke with a Barbadian (Bajan) accent and he had a white piece of cloth covering his face.
