Car rental company lashes levy proposal

Chief executive officer of Time Out Car Rentals, Eon Gill believes that government’s new 10 dollar per day levy on rentals will encourage more pirating in the industry.

Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Ryan Straughn yesterday announced that Government is abolishing visitor permits and will introduce the levy.

Mr. Gill is in total disagreement with the move.
