The Ministry of Transport and Works has ramped up road works across the country.

Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Works, Santia Bradshaw, speaking after touring some of the work today, said the ministry has over the past few months being conducting extensive assessment of the road infrastructure.

She notes that they have also been getting feedback from the public.

Ms. Bradshaw disclosed that in addition to road projects ongoing in rural Barbados a new series of road repairs commenced today.
