There has been yet another fatal shooting the second in two days and the fourth in about a week.
One man is dead and four people injured in a shooting near the Aberdeen Jones Centre in Gall Hill, Christ Church. The victim has been identified as 19 year old Zakhir Avion Kimani Goodridge of Upper Crescent, Gall Hill, Christ Church.
Police say a number of young men were liming in the area when a lone gunman walked up to them and opened fire before escaping through a gap. After the melee one male was left lying motionless on the ground while four others who were injured, were all transported to hospital with injuries which were said to be non life threatening.

Meantime when Starcom Network News visited the scene today, Jennifer Clarke who is a close friend to the family raised concern about the recent murders and called for more to be done about the violence.
One of Zakhir’s cousins described him as a helpful young man.
