A survey on poverty in Barbados will begin next month.

Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey says enumerators will be in the field from July.

He spoke during the official launch of the Country Assessment of Living Conditions.

Mr Humphrey also called for the assessment to be done more often.
