3K students to write BSSEE

Over three thousand students will write the Barbados Secondary Schools Entrance Examination tomorrow.

Chief Education Officer, Dr. Ramona Archer Bradshaw, notes that there will be no classes at secondary schools tomorrow as they are being used as examination centers.

Meantime, the Ministry of Education has disclosed that 18 students have requested permission to sit the exam at an early age, that is, ten years old, while a hundred students requested a deferral. There are 48 requests for exemption.
