Two people have been hospitalized with various injuries after a head on crash this morning.

The collision occurred about 7 15 at Marchfield, St. Philip and involved a truck and a car.

The truck was travelling from Six Roads to Carrington while the car was travelling in the opposite direction.

The two vehicles collided head on.

The two occupants of the car were freed by the Fire Service and transported to hospital suffering from various injuries.

They were listed in serious but stable condition.
