The National Council on Substance Abuse is concerned about what it says is increasing drug use by children.

Manager of the NCSA, Betty Hunt, made the disclosure during a media update on their first all-boys residential camp which has over 40 boys enrolled.

She notes that more boys than girls use illegal drugs.
