President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Anthony Branker, expects a boost in economic activity from Crop Over this year that should be bigger than last year’s restart after the covid-19 hiatus.

He believes additional business will be generated due to a larger Grand Kadooment.

Meantime, Kadooment Band leaders are pleased with the increased the subvention from the National Cultural Foundation.

General Manager of the Aura Experience, Rondelle Jones, tells Starcom Network News the assistance is needed and much appreciated.

He stresses that producing a Kadooment Band is very costly and the financial support is necessary.
