UPDATE: Grand Kadooment Returns to the Old Route

Grand Kadooment will return to its traditional route for this year’s Crop Over Festival.
This was disclosed by the Chief Executive Officer of the National Cultural Foundation, Carol Roberts-Reifer, after a meeting with the Association of Masqueraders and Foreday Morning Collectives.

The route starts at Warrens and finishes at the Mighty Grynner Highway.

Ms. Roberts-Reifer explained why this route was chosen.

Meantime, Chairman of the NCF, Dr. Jasmine Babb, highlighted the advantages of the traditional route and stressed her support for the decision.

The NCF stated that all stakeholder meetings will be concluded by Thursday March 2nd and full details regarding Crop Over 2023 will be released to the public by Friday March 3rd.
