This country’s parliamentary system could be in for an overhaul.
Attorney General, Dale Marshall, has announced the establishment of a broad-based Parliamentary Commission to review the current structure and operations of parliament and make recommendations within six months.
He was speaking at the second in the new series of post-cabinet news briefings.
The broad-based Commission is being chaired by prominent Attorney and former President of the Senate Sir Richard Cheltenham and has representatives from various sectors including opposition parties.
