The Sanitation Service Authorities deny there are any privately owned family plots at any of the state-run cemeteries,

Public Relations Officer, Carl Padmore, was responding to a controversy over a grave that a person claimed was reopened for another burial.

Mr. Padmore says the purchase of graves was discontinued decades ago.
