Roll out of the new Trident ID Card is costing government ten million dollars and despite delays 90 percent of them are expected to be delivered by next March.
More than one hundred and thirty people are reported to have already registered.
This has been disclosed by Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology Davidson Ishmael, and Chief Electoral Officer Angela Taylor during a media briefing today at the Electoral Department.
Ms. Taylor explained the delays.
