A trade unionist is calling out the Fair Trading Commission’s rate hearing as unconstitutional.
Trade Unionist and Former Opposition Senator, Caswell Franklyn told Starcom Network news he plans to challenge any outcome of the ongoing FTC rate hearing.
He said that the current FTC rate hearing is not properly constituted as made reference to the Fair Trading Commission Act, CAP. 326B.
He commented on the instance of an acting Chairman.
