Managing Director of the Barbados Light and Power Company, Roger Blackman believes the rate increase is important since sales were negatively impacted at the onset of the covid-19 pandemic.
However, speaking this morning during day five of the public rate hearing, while Mr. Blackman was being cross-examined he explained the projections going forward.
