A man has been charged for the alleged drowning of a dog that was captured on viral video.
28-year-old Davino Howell of Bullen’s Avenue Dalkeith Road, St. Michael has been charged with cruelty to an animal, failing to license a dog and withholding information.
The incident involving the dog occurred at Pebbles Beach, St. Michael horrifying onlookers at least one of whom filed a report with the police.
Howell is expected to appear in the District A Criminal today.
