President of the Barbados Union of Teachers, Rudy Lovell said despite school operations largely returning to what they were prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers have some concerns about measures outlined for the return.

However, Mr. Lovell said they are willing to work with the Ministry of Education to have a smooth return to face-to-face classes.

He added teachers have raised issues with the late notice in which they are being transferred and want the matter addressed.
