The Myeloma, Lymphoma & Leukemia Foundation of Barbados is focused on bringing blood cancer awareness to Barbadians as the world celebrates Blood Cancer Awareness month.

Speaking with Starcom Network News, Vice President of the Foundation, Hyacinth Grimes said it is important that Barbadians be educated on the types of blood cancers and their effects.

Ms. Grimes said the foundation will provide information to the public for free during this month and encourages Barbadians to take advantage of the opportunity.
