One man is dead in a vehicle on the road between Castle Heights and Eastbourne, St. Phillip. The incident occurred just before10 PM.
The vehicle struck a guard wall but some residents reported hearing gunshots just prior to that. Police at this stage are unsure if that is accurate and if that was the cause of the collision.
